authority or responsibility?

these 2 things were in my head for this past two weeks..
which one should be the priority?

authority or responsibility..

2 backups vs 3 unsatisfied persons

somehow I do prefer responsibility,
with that, it would gave me an authority.

but the unsatisfied person rather simply question bout authority.
the new me, finally lose with the authority

in the end, i'm the one who being questioned by the 2 backups why i'm neglect the responsibility...


it's all bcz i'm new.
the new me lose with the authority.


p/s: realise that responsibility will be my priority.
